Salted muffin with hazelnut
Ingredients
- 225gr. Of flour
- 2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 8gr of yeast (not vanilla flavoured!)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 80gr of melted butter
- 1 yogurt (125gr)
- 2cl of milk
- 50gr of hazelnut grain
- 200gr of bacon
Preparation
- Slice the onion and put it in a pan with the hazelnut grain. Sweat together and let it cool.
- In a bowl mix the flour with the baking soda, the yeast and the salt.
- In a different bowl beat the eggs, add the butter, the yoghurt and the milk. Blend very well.
- This base can be used for any kind of salted muffins. Add the mixture in the pan and blend.
- Add even the mixture in the first bowl and mix together. There will be clump, it’s normal.
- Fill the mold with the mixture and put in oven at 190° for 20 minutes.
- Serve cold.
