Here’s to you an easy recipe, fast and fresh, perfect for summer days!

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 4 small robiola cheese
  • 2 pears
  • 40gr. Of hazelnut grain
  • ½ lemon and ½ garlic slice
  • 30gr. Of extra virgin olive oil 
  • 100gr. Of rocket salad
  • Black pepper roughly grinded

Preparation

Shave the lemon peel and squeeze the juice. Grind the hazelnut grain with the garlic and put them in a bowl. Add the lemon peel, the oil and the pepper and let sit to season.
Wash the pears, cut in a half, remove the core and cut in small slice with the skin. Then spread on them the lemon juice. 
Set the rocket salad and the pears in the dishes, ease down the robiola cheese and complete with the hazelnut garnish.
