Hazelnut & chocolate cookies

  • Hazelnut & chocolate cookies.

Here’s how to prepare tasty biscuits for breakfast, with Hazelnut and chocolate! 

Ingredients

  • 170 gr. 00 flour
  • 100 gr. Brown sugar
  • 8 gr. of yeast
  • 100 gr. Chocolate chips
  • Roasted hazelnut at will!
  • 50 gr. Of milk
    (you can use Almond or Rice milk to make a vegan recipe!)
  • 50 gr. Sunflower oil 

Preparation

In a bowl mix the flour, the yeast, the sugar, the chocolate chips and the Hazelnut with a spoon.
Carry on mixing while adding the oil and the milk.

Prepare a baking tray covering it with greaseproof paper and put on it some small dough balls. You don’t have to press it or shape it. Cooking in the oven they will take the classic cookies shape.

Cook in aired oven at 180° for 15 minutes about, until they will get a brown color.
At this point they will be warm and crunchy, ready to taste!
